MISSION:  The mission of the Nicholas County School system is - educating students for success in life.

BELIEFS:  The Nicholas County Board of Education believes that the mission can be achieved through the collective efforts of students, parents and guardians, educators and the community.


The goals of the Nicholas County Schools system are to:

1) engage students in excellence;

2) provide a safe and healthful learning environment that promotes citizenship, wellness, self-discipline, personal responsibility, and character; and

3) prepare all students to be successful after high school graduation.
