The Nicholas County Board of Education, after considering input from staff, parents, and students, has adopted new county wide dress code guidelines. The dress code was updated to bring Nicholas County Schools into compliance with federal Title IX and other civil rights regulations as well as US Supreme Court precedent.
These guidelines replace previous school specific dress codes.
